John Burton-Race is a multiple award-winning consultant chef with years of experience gained at top restaurants including Quaglino’s, Hotel Meurice London, Chewton Glen, La Sorbonne, Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, L’Ortolan and the New Angel.
As a multiple Michelin star awarded chef there’s not much John doesn’t know about the restaurant business. He now offers his services as a consultant chef, bringing his vast experience and knowledge of the industry to help with new restaurant openings, turn-around plans, menu designs, renovations, re-brands and more.
